When should I RSVP by?
When should I RSVP by?
To help us with planning we kindly ask that you RSVP by 1st of September 2024 here. If you are having trouble or RSVPing please contact us on wedding@roisinandgary.com. Unfortunately if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline noted we will have to mark you as not attending. We will miss celebrating with you but we do need to finalise guest count for the venue and our vendors. We cannot make any exceptions we hope you understand.
What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. To make sure everyone is on time we kindly ask that if arriving anytime after the ceremony starts, you head into the cocktail bar reception area [Castle View Suite].

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us. We are requesting cocktail / semi-formal attire. We recommend wearing something comfortable yet appropriate. Wearing black tie is optional; it's not required. If you have any questions regarding the attire feel free to reach out to us wedding@roisinandgary.com
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony's location at Trim Castle Hotel's rooftop is weather-dependent. In the event of colder conditions, we suggest bringing a winter coat to stay warm during the ceremony. Alternatively, if the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Trim castle hotel has limited underground parking available which can be validated at reception for guests. Trim Town Centre has pay and display parking.

Our wedding is strictly invitation only. If you have a plus one indicated on your Save the Date / Invitiation then you are welcome to bring a plus one. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate other extra guests due to venue capacity.
Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony this means no phones / devices! We ask that all of our guests follow this. You will have an opportunity to take photographs at a time suggested by our Officient. However, our hired professional photographer will be taking photographss during the entire ceremony and we would like to avoid any phones or devices in the background. However, we strongly encourage our guests to take pictures or videos during the reception and share on social media. These can also be uploaded here. You can even use the #ReynoldsOfTheRealm

Your presence at our wedding is enough and a gift is not necessary. We will not have a Gift Registry set up however if you wish to give something we greatly appreciate a contribution towards our honeymoon. You can contribute to our fund here.
